Returns: We can only accept returns on merchandise if it is not what you ordered and the product is unopened. Refunds will be made for purchase price only. Shipping is Non-Refundable. Buyer is responsible for cost incurred shipping products back. Please contact us prior to shipping your items back.

We ship via the United States Post Office. As of 08/01/09, all orders are shipped 1st class free of charge within the United States. Flat rate Priority shipping for $5.00 per order is an option that must be added to your cart. * Please make sure your address is reported correctly in PayPal as Painted Laydies LLC cannot be responsible if you have moved or reported an incorrect address. If package is returned to us for any reason that is no fault of our own, buyer is responsible for additional shipping cost.

If you would like insurance on your package, please request this via email or phone. It is an extra charge. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the package is in the hands of the USPS.

We accept Credit Cards through a secure server, as well as account balance and checks through PayPal.

All e checks will be cleared before we ship products.

Orders ship within 7 days of payment clearning, but often, ship the same day.
Please understand that once your order has left our possession, it may take 3 to 10 business days to reach you via our free USPS 1st class shipping.

International shipping: Please email before placing your order. We have shipped to France, Canada, and Australia, but are willing to ship to more places!
